By accessing or using FISHEE ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance​

By connecting a wallet or using Free Play, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. Eligibility​

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use FISHEE. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.

3. Game Description​

FISHEE is a fishing game built on Solana. During Phase 0, all gameplay uses Solana devnet with no real monetary value. Items, points, and catches earned during Phase 0 do not have guaranteed value on mainnet.

4. No Guaranteed Value​

  • Phase 0 points do not guarantee mainnet rewards
  • In-game items have no inherent monetary value
  • Staking rewards are game rewards, not investment yields
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results

5. Wallet Responsibility​

You are solely responsible for:

  • Securing your wallet private keys
  • Transactions you approve from your wallet
  • Any funds sent to or from your wallet

6. Prohibited Conduct​

  • Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities
  • Using bots, scripts, or automated tools
  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse the points system (sybil attacks)
  • Submitting fraudulent task proofs

7. Modifications​

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Game at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability​

FISHEE is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the Game, including but not limited to: lost funds, wallet compromise, smart contract bugs, or regulatory actions.

9. Governing Law​

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
