Phase 0: Devnet Beta (Current)​

  • Core game loop (cast, catch, collect)
  • In-game marketplace with devnet SOL
  • Backend infrastructure setup
  • $FISHEE holding integration
  • Social tasks and daily logins
  • Public Devnet Launch
  • Supabase database migration

Phase 1: Mainnet MVP​

  • Transition gameplay and marketplace to Solana Mainnet
  • Connect real SOL treasury wallets
  • Mint fish catches as compressed NFTs (cNFTs)
  • Implement backend-managed staking with real SOL payouts
  • Launch Fish Marketplace (trade catches)
  • Finalize Phase 0 point conversion

Phase 2: On-chain Economy​

  • Deploy full staking smart contract on Solana
  • Fully decentralized reward distribution
  • Integration of $FISHEE for marketplace purchases/discounts
  • Expanded fish collections and seasonal events
